EINTRACHT BRAUNSCHWEIG IN THE COLD WAR

What was it like to see a match between Eintracht Braunschweig and 1.FC Magdeburg that was considered international although the cities are not that far away from each other? Do you want to know more about stories about Eintracht Braunschweig in the time of the cold war? Then go to the “Wahre Liebe”-Restaurant on Thursday at 7 pm. The restaurant is located at the main entrance of the Eintracht-Stadium. The lecture will feature former players of that time, including Horst Wolter one of Eintracht’s 1967 Bundesliga Champions. You will have a glimpse into a small part of a larger historical event, which is known as the cold war and had Germany split into two nations. The admission is free. More information here.

LONG DAY OF THE CITY NATURE

On 9/22/ the first long day of the city nature will take place in Brunswick. On 23 locations you can witness the beauty of the urban nature. Many attractions, food and music are waiting for you to discover. The bands will play at the Schloss. More information here.

CONCERT: GIVE ME MACHINE & CENTRIFUSION

On Saturday two local bands will play Harrys Bierhaus: Give Me Machine und Centrifusion. Both acts reject vocals and have a more experimental style. If you are into Rock music and vibes from another sphere, and want to support the local music scene you should check it out. The admission is free and the concerts starts at 8pm.
