BRAUNSCHWEIG, JOSÉ & LA FAMILY CONCERT – Dec. 06th at 7:00 pm

The Sunset Travel Band from Braunschweig mostly plays their own pop songs with influences from latin american music, reggae, rock and funk.. Admission: 7:00 pm, beginning 8:00 pm. Admission for donation. More information here.

BRAUNSCHWEIG: CONCERT BASSM – Dec. 6th at 9:00 pm

The band plays songs from the genres Blues and Soul on Christmas Eve in the Riptide and likes to adapt Christmas songs to their music style.
Admission is free and the mulled wine is already simmering. More information here.

BRAUNSCHWEIG: UPCYCLING WEEKEND – Dec 7th – 8th

Upcycling weekend in the Protohaus with Greenpeace Braunschweig. Various actions on the subject of consumer society, plastic, recycling and much more. On Saturday the event starts at 8:00 pm with the documentary “A Plastic Ocean” (in English with German subtitles). On Sunday there will be the opportunity to upcycle things yourself from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. From old bottles, waste paper, batteries and other things, new things like seat cushions, drinking glasses, power banks and other great things are built / crafted. Admission is free. BRAUNSCHWEIG: BENIGN CHRISTMAS MARKET – Dec. 11th at 5:00 pm

It’s already a tradition. One evening in December, a small Christmas market takes place on TU’s university square. Various stalls offer food, hot drinks, pastries of all kinds and other great things. Half of the proceeds will be donated to the project “Refugee Students” of the BHB. More information can be found here.
