VERSCHLINGERIN: A film by systemrhizoma and hanneSCHARNHORST figuren theater

In VERSCHLINGERIN Katharina Böhl, Hanne Scharnhorst (née Böhl) and Alba Scharnhorst as mothers and daughters tell about three generations of women. Of three closely intertwining stories, three symptomatologies that go through the stomach. Of three minds and three ideas of how a girl, a woman, a grandmother, a mother or a daughter should be, may be and yet never wants to become. In a fairytale-associative and autobiographical film, they encounter their ideas of each other, narrate as a character player and performer about hair, with hair, of hair, and negotiate the contradictions of mother-daughter relationships in surreal and memory-laden spaces.

Tickets free for students of the TU and HBK Braunschweig.
