Gauss-Telegraph: Recipe of the Month – Farofa
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 1 cup cassava flour
- Chop garlic cloves and onion.
- Grate the carrots.
- Fry the chopped garlic and onion in hot margarine.
- When the garlic and onion become translucent, add the grated carrots.
- When everything is well fried, add the cassava flour and stir well.
- Add salt to taste.
