Gauss-Telegraph: Recipe of the Month – Farofa

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Chop garlic cloves and onion.
  2. Grate the carrots.
  3. Fry the chopped garlic and onion in hot margarine.
  4. When the garlic and onion become translucent, add the grated carrots.
  5. When everything is well fried, add the cassava flour and stir well.
  6. Add salt to taste.
