International Weeks against Racism 2022: Festival of Diversity against Racism at Frankfurter Platz – March 17th, 2022 at 3:00 pm

On March 17th, the Festival of Diversity will take place on Frankfurter Platz as part of the International Weeks against Racism 2022. In addition to various pavilions with a colorful program from Lebenshilfe Braunschweig gGmbH, Mütterzentrum e.V., AWO Nachbarschafthilfe, Nexus, Frauenverein Elele and many more, we want to show our support for diversity and against racism with music and activities for young and old as well as culinary offers.

Excursion to Hamburg – March 19th, 2022 at 6:45 am

Hamburg is the city with the largest port in Germany. After Berlin, it is the second largest German city with 1.8 million inhabitants and is an independent federal state. With the large overseas port, the dammed Alster and the many canals, the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg lives on, by and with the water.

Participation is for free! No registration required! Don’t forget your semester ticket, to ride the train for free!

International Weeks against Racism 2022: Concert for Diversity – March 20th, 2022 at 5:00 pm

With artists from different cultures, the Concert for Diversity aims to contribute to more tolerance and against racism in our society. Music connects cultures and “speaks all languages”. Ronja Maltzahn and the BlueBird Orchestra will play. Ronja plays cello, guitar, ukulele, piano and loves to tell stories. The genre is called worldpop, the sound of wanderlust. With violin, saxophone, flute, piano, drums, bass, handpan and polyphonic vocals the musicians draw big sound pictures.
