BERLIN: CARNIVAL OF CULTURES
The Carnival of Cultures is an intercultural festival in Berlin, which has been celebrated annually around the Whitsun weekend in the Kreuzberg district of the city since 1996. Over 5000 performers from almost all continents are involved under normal circumstances. From Brazilian samba to Chinese lion dance, from West African drums to Bernese carnival brass, the carnival groups impressively prove that Berlin’s treasure is its diversity and internationality. The parade on Sunday is the highlight of the carnival.
The preliminary program also includes a guided tour of the city center (Holocaust Memorial, government district, Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island…).

7:00 am at Braunschweig central station (by the Info point)
