Yoga Workshop

At 5:30 pm on Tuesdays the Yoga Workshop begins at Gauss House, guided by our Indian friends. The focus is on breathing yoga (Prānāyām). In a rather atypical yoga environment (here and there it gets a bit unquiet around us), we practice breathing and concentration exercises that can be perfectly integrated into everyday life – whether waiting for the bus or at the supermarket line. The yoga course requires no prior knowledge and is free.
