International Sports group
Every Monday at 6:00 pm, the International Sports group meets at the Sports Center to warm up, stretch, run (as much as you like) and work out using the outdoor fitness equipment. You don’t have to be super sporty to join. Besides doing sports, the purpose is also to connect with each other, have fun and enjoy the Sunday morning together. Sport shoes and comfortable clothes are highly recommended.
