Liability Insurance

 What is a liability insurance?

A liability insurance covers damage that you cause in a careless moment, due to a reckless act or forgotten duty. This involves everything from red wine stains on the tablecloth to serious accidents and destroyed buildings.

According to the law, you are liable for any damage that you have culpably caused to someone else – and in unlimited amounts.

In the case of private liability insurance, even gross negligence is covered. Only damage caused intentionally is excluded.
