TRIP TO THE OBSERVATORY
When is the best time to watch the stars? In line with the cooperation with “Sternfreunde Braunschweig-Hondelage e.V.” the Gauss Friends will visit their observatory, in order to discover some planets and star constellations. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to discuss many questions. Meeting point: Thursday at 7:00 pm at the Gauss Haus. Then the group will travel by public transportation. Note: This event can be credited within the scope of the Gauss-Certificate. More information here.
OPEN STAGE AT THE YOUTH CHURCH
On Friday you will have the chance to perform your art publicly at the open stage presented by the Youth Church. Starting at 6:30 pm, the program includes music, poetry and many other art forms. The admission is free. More information here.
Christmas Markets have a long tradition in Germany! Many people enjoy their wintery evenings at the so called Weihnachtsmarkt. For those of you who want to experience the German Glühwein culture together – come along! There‘s food and drink booths everywhere and you also find lots of nice things that are well-suited Christmas presents. This is a fun event to chat and meet with international people. The ESN booked a raft in the historical castle moat from 6pm to 8pm. Therefore they meet at 5:45pm at the Christentum Säule. More information here.
