La Serva Padrona – The Opera Truck – July 6th, 2022 at 6:30 pm

A converted truck becomes a moving opera stage. The opera truck steers the professional music theater production of Pergolesi’s La Serva Padrona away from the big cultural metropolis routes and picks up the audience where their lives are: on market squares, district centers, sports facilities, churchyards or village squares. Visitors can reserve around 40 seats in advance or stop by spontaneously. The mobile format deliberately aims to make classical music audible and visible in public space and to enable “accidental” encounters with baroque music. There are no fixed admission fees for visiting the performance. According to the solidarity principle “Pay what you can”, all visitors can determine their admission price themselves according to their own possibilities.
