HOLIDAY: Originally planned as a one-off holiday in 2017, the Reformation Day celebrates the works of Martin Luther. It has been around for years but now it is officially a holiday in Lower Saxony.
On Friday local artists present their talent at the Musikschöpfungen. It is free show featuring many different styles of music and art. It starts at 8:00 pm at the Hamburger Straße 273. More information here.
ESN WELCOME PARTY – GLOW IN THE DARK
On Friday night the annual Welcome Party of the Erasmus Student Network Braunschweig takes place at the Eulenglück. The party is dedicated to neon colors and therefore neon colored items will be available throught the night. The admission costs 4€ and with a ESN-card only 2€. The party starts at 10:00 pm. Here you learn how you can repair things instead of throwing them away. You have an old lamp that doesn’t work anymore? Or another favourite thing you want to fix? Bring it with you and together we repair your showpiece. The repair café takes place on Saturday, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. It is for free but you have to register prior. More information here.
JAZZ –SESSION AT KULT
Do you want to enjoy some nice Jazz Music? Then come to “Das Kult” and listen to LAOKOON TRIO and to a quartet with on Saturday at the KULT-theater. Entrance is free. The show start at 8:00 pm. More information here.
